Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy
- A valid card is required to secure your appointment, but no charges will be made at the time of booking. Payment is collected after your service.
- By booking, you acknowledge and agree to the cancellation and late arrival policies outlined below.
Cancellation Policy
- Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the service cost to the card on file.
- No-shows will also incur a 50% charge and may lead to restrictions on future bookings.
Late Arrival Policy
- A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals.
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled, and the 50% cancellation fee will apply.
- If you anticipate being late, please notify me as soon as possible.

- To ensure the best retention, please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes.
